Timtom Chundo

  • Chundo Pickle is a Gujarati preparation, mostly made out of grated ripe mangoes and is used as a sweet pickle accompaniment to main meals consisting of Roti, Sabzi or any other food items you may care to have it with. It is a generic preparation method that can be adapted to other fruits and vegetables. Chundo Pickle is particularly a Kathiawadi delight but is consumed right across Gujarat. Timtom’s Chundo Pickle carefully grates the mangoes to preserve the lean strips of fruit to marinade in the oils and spices.
