Tandoori Paneer Kebabs

marinated paneer skewers in a gorgeous tandoori marinade so tasty and so quick to make!

Methods

for the marinade - mix 3 tbs of mustard oil, 2 finely cut garlic clove, 1 tsp of ginger powder or finely chopped ginger

Add half cup of Greek yoghurt, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder or paprika, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp of kasuri methi and add a pinch of salt then set aside.

Chop the paneer into cubes and add to the bowl of marinade, mix then cover over and put in the fridge. Leave for 1-2 hours.

either fire up the BBQ or preheat the over up to 220.

put the paneer cubes on skewers along with slices of chopped peppers and onion, paint any left over marinade over the skewers.

For oven, place on a baking tray and into the oven. Turning every few minutes (for a duration of 15mins) then grill the skewers for a couple of minutes or until a little charred for that great smoky taste!

Place on a serving plate, and your delicious tandoori paneer skewers are ready to eat.
