Ingredients

4 Tortilla wraps
1 Onion chopped
3 tsp Chilli chopped finely
3 tsp Ginger chopped
500g Mince meat
3/4 Cup of peas
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Dhana jeera powder
Handful of chopped
coriander

Water and flour for the adhesive.

Method

Step 1

Fry the onions briefly before adding the chopped chilli and ginger

Step 2

Mix well before adding the mincemeat and peas. simmer on medium heat until the meat is cooked.

Step 3

Pour in the salt, red chilli powder and dhana jeera powder. Stir to get a consistent colour and finally add the chopped coriander.

Step 4

To make the adhesive simply mix water and plain flour to a thick and sticky consistency. Cut the tortilla wraps in half, Wrap the bread into a cone, using the adhesive to hold it in place.

Step 5

Add the filling to just over half way, then seal the top.

Step 6

Fry in hot oil until the tortilla bread darkens, the filling is already cooked so this step should only take a few minutes.
