The Tastiest Chicken Korma Recipe

Peel & finely chop the onion, Peel & grate or crush the garlic & ginger, then finally Wash & Finely chop the coriander.
Cut the chicken breast into equal size chunks and then Before opening shake the coconut milk well to mix the contents.
Add 1tbsp oil to a pan, heat low/med. Add the chicken chunks cook for approx 6 mins. Turn the chunks to cook through. Pop to one side once cooked.
Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan, heat low/med. Add the chopped onion, cook for approx 5 mins. until soft. Turn the heat to low, add the cooked chicken.
Add the crushed ginger & garlic, turmeric powder & garam masala powder. stir well, cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add half of the coconut milk. Stir well & heat for approx 3 mins, then add the rest. Simmer with the lid on, stir occasionally for approx 8 mins.
Add salt to taste, ground cashews & almonds, mix well. If the sauce thickens too much keep adding dribbles of water until the consistency is to your taste.
Simmer for a further 5-8 minutes. Plate up & sprinkle with fresh coriander
Serve with freshly cooked Tandori Roti or Naan bread and a helping of rice
Vegetarian? Add paneer or cooked mixed veg instead of chicken.
