Methods

Add the chilli, turmeric, coconut, salt, sugar and curry powder into a blender and blend until a fine powder mix is formed

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks, then boil in a deep pan until tender

Add the oil to the pan with the potatoes and add the powder mix, Stir in well and add a pinch of salt to taste.

Now the stuffing is ready pop in a bowl to one side.

Take your bread rolls and cut them in half, spread the tamarind and date chutney both sides and then add the garlic and red chilli chutney to one side .

Add a good helping of the stuffing to each bread roll, then add the sev, peanuts, pomegranate seeds and onion and close the rolls.

Heat up a pan with a little oil or ghee, and put the bread to toast each side until crispy.
