Paneer Butter Masala

A lovely paneer butter masala, this vegetarian dish is mouth watering. You can add Chicken or Any Vegetables instead of Paneer (Cottage Cheese). A British curry favourite.

Methods

Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add Chopped Onions, Ginger and Garlic (grated). Stir well until slightly golden.

Add Chopped Tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add Cashews and all the Spices (with Salt) and then let it to cook for another 3-5 mins.

Now let it cool and transfer into a grinder and create a smooth paste.

Transfer paste into the warm pan. Add butter, cheese, 2 Tbsp water and stir.

Cut the Paneer into small cubes and add to paste. Add 1 tsp Honey and Mix

Cook well and serve with coriander.
