Mouth-watering home-made paneer dish with tomatoes and peas. This vegetarian dish is truly delicious and so quick to make.
Mix all the ingredients, except paneer and peas, into a food processor and mix
Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium heat
Once the oil is hot, pour the mix into the saucepan and stir
Let the mix cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout
If you would like the sauce thinner, add 1/2 cup water to the mix at this stage
After 20 mins add the peas and the paneer to the mix and cook again for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat
Add salt to taste and cook for a further 2 minutes
Thats it! All that's left to do is enjoy!
