A South Indian tasty dish, very popular on the Indian Breakfast Menu. Very quick and healthy dish that can be served hot or cold.
Take Pan take 1 Tbsp Oil and add mustard seeds, after mustard seeds crackeled add Urad Dal, Hing (Astafotedida),curry Leaves, Cut Green Chilli
Once Urad Dal get little pinkish in colour add onions and fry
once onion fried then add Semolina and 1 Tsp Sugar and stir and cook for 5 min
On side in separate bowl Mix All- Water + 1 Tsp lemon Juice + Yogurt
once semolina is cooked add slowly above Mixer and keep stirring until all water mix well and semolina mixer is thick paste.
All this cook at medium Heat and at last add Chopped corriander and small pieces of cashews for garnish before you serve.
