Pata Bhaja (Batter-fried Spinach)

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and a few drops of mustard oil.
Add water as required to form a thin batter.
Now in a kadai, heat the mustard oil at high flame until smoking hot, then reduce the flame.
Now dip each spinach leaves into the batter and deep fry it until crispy and golden.
Remove it from the pan and remove the excess oil with the help of kitchen paper.
