Paneer Butter Masala

A lovely paneer butter masala that aim to please all of your taste buds. You can add Chicken or Any Vegetables instead of Paneer (Cottage Cheese). Butter Masala is no.1 Curry Dish in United Kigdom.

Methods

Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add Chopped Onions, Ginger and Garlic (grated). Stir well until slightly golden.

Add Chopped Tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add Cashews and all the Spices (with Salt) and then let it to cook for another 3-5 mins.

Now let it cool and transfer into a grinder and create a smooth paste.

Transfer paste into the warm pan. Add butter, cheese, 2 Tbsp water and stir.

Cut the Paneer into small cubes and add to paste. Add 1 tsp Honey and Mix

Cook well and serve with coriander.
