Palak paneer also Known as Saag Paneer. Spinach Curry Sauce with Indian Cottage Cheese

Methods

Wash Spinach and then put in boil water just leaves and let it cook for 3 min

Now drain water and wash with cold water all leaves

Now all leaves and add Ginger (optional) and grind in Grinder and make smooth paste.

Take Now Pan and add oil and add Cumin Seeds and Fenugreek Seeds and once they are darker in colour add chopped Onions and Saute

Add sliced Green Chilli and Spinach Puree and Add Lime Juice (To Keep Colour Green) Let it cook at very slow heat and stirring for 2 min

now add all spices (Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Coriander-cumin Powder) and add salt and mix well

Now Add Paneer Pieces cubes and mix well and keep lid on and cook for 5 min
