Malai Burfi (Indian Fudge Bars) – Vegan

Whip the Vegan Cream Cheese and Vegan Butter together until slightly fluffy, then add the sugar and mix again.
Add the Almond and Coconut Flour, Cardamon and Salt, Mix well. Let that rest for a few minutes to thicken and taste to adjust the sweetness and Cardamon.
Chill for 5-10 minutes and then spread onto a baking tray with Parchment paper on both the top and bottom. Chill for another 15 mins. The mixture should be about ¼ inch thick at this point.
Cut the mixture into slices and add the Pistachios/Almonds on top before baking at 135 degrees C for about 10 mins. Chill for an hour before serving. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge!
