Katori Chat Bites

Lets get cooking! Put a pan on medium heat and add 2 tbsp of oil. When the oil is hot enough, add the cumin seeds and asofoetida, and allow to splutter stirring gently.
Add into the mix, cooked chickpeas & kidney beans and mix well. Then add red chilli powder and stir for a while and remove from the flame.
One by one, add the rest of the ingredients stirring well as you heat through. Once all of the ingredients are added allow to simmer for a minute still stirring
Pop out your canape cups... and fill each one with the mixture, pop a little tamarind chutney on the side and there you have it!
