Green chutney is made from fresh coriander and mint leaves. Both mint & coriander leaves are detoxifying & help to purify the system. This chutney is very versatile & can be used as an accompaniment to many snacks.

Methods

Wash the cilantro and mint leaves. Drain well.

Blend everything together in a mixer until you get a smooth paste.

Adjust the salt, sugar and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
