Methods

Tips- Always Make sure in Okra once it is cut no water or Liquid to add or mix otherwise okra turns gluey. so wash whole okra and wipe with cloth or tissue

Cut Okra In round pieces about 1 inch size and shallow fry okra until get soft and keep onside

Now in Pan Add sliced or diced Onions and grated Ginger and Saute

Now Add Chopped Tomatoes and let it soft and then add all Spices ( Chilli Powder, Turmeric, cumin-coriander Powder, garam masala and Amchur Powder)

Let it Cook for 3-4 min and keep mixing , ADD SALT

Add okra now and Garnish with Fresh Chopped Coriander
