IndianMart is a revolutionary online Indian culinary experience. We are not simply a recipe website, nor a shop. We are attempting to go above and beyond in all aspects of Indian cooking. Our products are specially sourced, and are recipes are handpicked. Our mission is to continue to innovate Indian cooking. Thereby adding more to your experience with us.

We’re here to help! If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for through our help system, please send us an email at support@indianmart.com. Our specially trained customer service team will be on hand, and they aim to reply to queries within a couple of hours, and no more than one working day. Be sure to check your junk/spam mail, if you have not received any response within that time frame.

Shopping

You can find products on our website through the category list or using the IndianMart search tool on the top of our homepage. If you are unable to remember the specific name/brand, try searching a key word e.g. flour. Then review the results from that. Any issues, please get in touch.

You can place orders via our website very easily. Just add the product you would like to your basket, and once you’re done, click ‘go to checkout’ and our system will guide you through. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s super convenient.

When shopping with us, you do not require an account. In the checkout, you can choose guest checkout. We recommend setting up an account after this, as it is really quick. Just select ‘Create An Account’ during your checkout. It will mean that you can easily check in on how your order is doing. You can also save a few details with us, to make a future purchase in just a few clicks. After all, we know your time is precious.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Braintree Payment Integration, as well as payments via PayPal. We are also planning to launch Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo in the near future. Contact us for more details.

Your billing is the address that your payment card/account is registered to. Your shipping address is the address you would like your items to be delivered to. The two addresses may be different, and our checkout will give you this option.

Delivery

From the moment you place your order, our team begins to process it.

For standard delivery, estimated arrival of your order is between 3-5 working days (or less) from when you place your order.

For express delivery, estimated arrival of your order is 1-2 working days from when you place your order.

Please note that these are only guides and we’re generally pretty quick. It’s highly possible that you would get your Standard Delivery order within 48 hours.

Here at IndianMart we always aim to give you the best prices. We’ve never been fans of high shipping charges. Therefore:

For Standard delivery in the UK on orders below £20, the delivery cost is £2.99.

For Standard delivery in the UK on orders that are £20 or above, delivery is FREE.

For Express delivery in the UK on all orders, the total delivery cost is £6.99.
